- Regular occupancy is 2 persons. For more than 2 persons, up to 1 extra bed can be provided for an additional 50 USD / night, for a maximum occupancy of 3 persons/room.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

1- POLICY FOR 1 TO 3 DAY AND 1 TO 3 ROOM RESERVATIONS:

A fee applied towards the account for 30% of the total amount of the stay is due at the time the reservation is made and is NOT REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations made earlier than 72 hours before check-in time will not be subject to additional cancellation fees. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in time will result in a charge made to the account for the total remaining amount according to the original reservation.

2- POLICY FOR 4 DAYS OR MORE OR 4 ROOMS OR MORE RESERVATIONS:

A fee applied towards the account for 20% of the total amount of the stay is due at the time the reservation is made and is NOT REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations made earlier than 30 days before check-in time will not be subject to additional cancellation fees. Any cancellations made within 30 days of check-in time will result in a charge made to the account for the total remaining amount according to the original reservation.
